[36: 1-83]
Revealed in Makkah (approx. 619 – 620 AD)
Surah Yasin is a highly auspicious chapter and is called the “Heart of the Quran”. It focuses primarily on the doctrine of Tauheed (Oneness of Allah) and teaches about the afterlife. Surah Yasin also admonishes the disbelievers for rejecting Prophet Muhammad (SWS) and the message of islam he brought and narrates the folly of past civilizations for rejecting the messengers that Allah sent to them.
Allah forgives the sins of those who recite Surah Yasin at night as mentioned by the Prophet of Allah (SWS),
“Whoever recites Surah Yasin at night seeking the pleasure of Allah, that night he will be forgiven.” – (Abu Nuaym)

The main theme of Surah Qaf is the Unity of Allah and the principle of life and death. It focuses centrally on resurrection and, as such, the scene of the Last Day is narrated.
Reciting Surah Qaf in namaz increases one’s sustenance and eases the accounting on the Day of Judgement.

Surah Ar Rahman is one of the most important chapters in the Holy Quran and is often called “The Beauty of the Quran”. It is the only surah in the Quran that directly addresses not only mankind, but the Jinns as well. In this auspicious chapter, Allah is inviting man and jinn to reflect and wonder about His power and innumerable blessings and their own helplessness and accountability before Him.
Recital of Surah Rahman purifies the heart of hypocrisy and evil. It is also beneficial for curing illnesses, including eye diseases.

Surah Mulk is one of the most virtuous surahs of the magnificent Quran. It invites mankind to ponder upon manifold themes and aspects of life and existence, including creation of the world and cosmos, the hereafter, the torments of hell and its inhabitants.
